Referral Program

How the program works
If you refer a candidate who becomes an employee, or client, to us you could be eligible to win $100. Qualifications are as follows:

•	You must be a current or past employee of iplacement or an employee of an iplacement client.
•	Employee must complete a minimum of thirteen weeks of employment whether contract, contract to hire or direct hire.
•	Employee must register online (post resume) with iplacement and list you as their referral source.
•	Client must hire an employee from the iplacement database, and the employee must work a minimum of thirteen weeks of employment.

Once the terms have been met, checks will be issued the first day of the month following the completion of the employment requirements outlined above.

You must have already posted your own resume and became a candidate yourself in order to use this program.
